The CD contains the following..

- 15 metre test as used in the Police where a level of 5.4 is required as a minimum

- 20 metre test as used for the Army, The Royal Marines, The Para’s. The Royal Marines and The Para’s require a level of 13!!!

The test consists of 23 levels. Only elite athletes can expect to reach the top three. Cyclist Lance Armstrong and footballer David Beckham are two of the few people who can manage it.

	'The Bleep Test' is a test designed to keep people fit and measure fitness. It is used in the Army and the Police Force! Our Audio CD is only $14.99 including postage & packaging! It is ideal for multiple-sprint activities such as football, rugby, hockey, basketball, netball etc.. as it is very similiar. Many people enjoy it as they can measure how there fitness is improving easily, others like to compete with friends to reach higher levels! Quick Summary . The test involves running back and forth between two set points (usually 15m) in time with the 'bleeps' played on our CD. The 'bleeps' get quicker and the level the participant has reached is announced. What Do I need? .
