What is The Bleep Test

 

The Police Bleep Test involves running back and forth between two set points, 15 metres apart, in time with the 'bleeps'. The time between each bleep then gets shorter as the test reaches each individual level. The level reached by the applicant determines how long they can continue before having to stop. You need to get to level 5.4 of the bleep test to pass the PC or PCSO fitness test.
