It is ideal for multiple-sprint activities such as football, rugby, hockey, basketball, netball etc.. as it is very similiar. Many people enjoy it as they can measure how there fitness is improving easily, others like to compete with friends to reach higher levels!

Quick Summary . The test involves running back and forth between two set points (usually 15m) in time with the 'bleeps' played on our CD. The 'bleeps' get quicker and the level the participant has reached is announced.

What Do I need? . Along with our CD you will need a portable CD player, a tape measure to measure the set amount of metres and something to mark the distance.
